  • 16 ounces cod fillets
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tbsp ginger paste
  • ½ tbsp garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs cilantro

Instructions
 

How to make Cilantro Fish:

  • Wash the fish fillets, drain, and cut into cubes using kitchen shears.
  • Mix all the ingredients, and marinate the fish cubes for 15 minutes.
  • Bake in in a foil lined tray at 4000F for 25- 30 minutes.
